February 2, 2007, Newsletter Issue #51: Be Truthful When Obtaining Young Drivers Car Insurance

Tip of the Week

A contract between you and an insurance company should be entered with absolute sincerity and truthfulness. It is your responsibility to inform the insurance company of your mileage usage and other important information. If you lie to the insurance company, they reserve the right to refuse to payment if you make a claim. While you have a young drivers car insurance policy, you must inform your insurance company of any changes that you make to the car. You also need to inform them of personal changes, such as change in residence or marriage. Neglecting to inform your insurance company may result in your policy being declared invalid.
